Hey Sports Book Fans!

Why did I start this site? 

​

Well I'm a massive fan of sports, pretty much all sports too. In fact that's my professional life too and I'm one of those annoying people that lives and breathes everything about sport. 

​

Match that with a love for quiet time, settling down with a cuppa and a book and it's safe to say that combining reading and my love for sport has allowed me to indulge regularly in what has become, in these strange Covid times, my get away from the world and my antidote to sweep away any negativity. 

​

This blog is not all about new books. I've probably read up to 100+ sports books over my lifetime and have helped to grow my passion and so reading these again and promoting them is a timely reminder of some great books around and ready to be read.

​

I'm a big fan of all sports but do have my favourites in Cricket and Football but I make sure that I always break up what I am reading and never go for the same sport in a row.

 

I'm always open for book suggestions and have had experience in the past of proof reading books for authors before, so if any budding authors need my help, feel free to contact me at any time.

​

One of my aims is to promote books and review them as part of that promotion. If you need your book reviewing, please contact me and I will happily set aside time to read and review and help promote your book.

 

I'm pretty sure I'll get to your book at some point but If you want a timely review, please contact me with your book and that will jump to the top of my list!

My own aim is to become published. I am a writer by profession within sport and taking that plunge and finding the right interest to research and then write is well underway personally and I hope to be able to bring you my own projects in the future.
